  personal and benefits information. Employee Self-Service (ESS) through Limited Brands
  Access empowers you to manage your personal information changes, everything from
  home address to benefits information and tax withholdings to reporting Paid Time Off
  (PTO). ESS increases the accuracy and integrity of your information because you make
  the changes — either online or over the telephone using HR Direct’s interactive voice
  response system (IVR).
